Successful Trade Fair Appearance by SUNfarming at MeLa 2025

A few glimpses from SUNfarming’s exhibition stand at MeLa 2025.

From 11 to 14 September, SUNfarming once again presented its innovative agri-photovoltaic (Agri-PV) solutions for agriculture and decentralized energy supply at MeLa 2025 in Mühlengeez. With a 1:1 Agri-solar system (17 × 6 m) installed in the outdoor area, visitors were able to experience live how agriculture and energy production can be sustainably combined through intelligent dual use. Numerous visitors came to learn more about our concepts for animal husbandry, special crops, and fruit and vegetable cultivation.

Strong Response from Visitors

The response speaks for itself:

• Around 67,000 visitors attended MeLa 2025

• Hundreds of technical discussions with farmers, interested parties, and decision-makers

• Strong interest in visiting our Research & Innovation Center in Rathenow

• Special recognition through a visit by Johann-Georg Jäger, Chairman of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Renewable Energy Association (LEE MV e.V.)

Our Agri-PV consultants held numerous in-depth discussions and established many new contacts. A particular focus was placed on showcasing practical applications and future large-scale Agri-PV solutions.

As part of the Cube Green Energy Group, SUNfarming will be able to offer customers even more comprehensive solutions in the future — ranging from Agri-PV and photovoltaics to wind energy.

Conclusion

MeLa 2025 was a complete success for SUNfarming. The strong level of interest once again confirms our role as a leading provider of agri-photovoltaic solutions. Together with farmers, partners, and political stakeholders, we are shaping the agriculture of tomorrow — sustainable, innovative, and economical.
